If your item received any bumps and bruises on its way to you, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt by emailing us at hello@littleheirloombooks.com.
To return or exchange an item, please mail it back to us in its original packaging within 30 days from the day tracking indicates you received your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen on its way back to us. Once we receive your return, your original form of payment will be credited within 5-7 business days.
If you received a Little Heirlooms gift, we can exchange the desired items or give you a store credit. We do not offer a cash refund for gifts.
