Shipping policy
- DOMESTIC ORDERS ship via USPS Priority Mail; once shipped this typically takes 2-5 days to get from our door to yours. We strive to have all orders packaged and out for the post within 72 hours of receipt. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation notice to the email you provided that includes tracking information. Occasionally, packages are marked in the tracking as delivered up to 2 days before they actually show up on your doorstep. If this happens to you, know that it will likely turn up very soon, but please feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have. Local pickup and delivery in the vicinity of Wake Forest, NC is available free of charge. Email us at hello@littleheirloombooks.com for details. All orders over $100 also ship for free via USPS priority mail. Subscriptions ship free of charge. All other shipping prices are calculated based on weight at checkout.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped via USPS first class international rate. Please allow 10-20 days (can take up to 3 months) for your shipment to arrive. Depending on some countries, it may take even up to 25-30 days ( up to 3 months as well) dependent upon customs regulations per each country. We are not responsible for packages held at customs, this will need to be the customer's responsibility to reach out to customs to acquire the package. We are not responsible for additional customs fees. All shipping prices are calculated based on weight at checkout.
